I recently completed an online certification course in Channel Management and had a fantastic experience. The course being self-paced was a major advantage, allowing me plenty of time to thoroughly go through the materials and prepare for the exam at my own pace. The content was extremely relevant and applicable to almost all business segments, which I found very valuable. The teaching style was excellent, with a focus on videos that were engaging and easy to follow. However, I would have appreciated an option to print out the materials, as I prefer reading to learn. Despite this, the online platform was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of channel management. It's well-structured, comprehensive, and suitable for various business sectors.

I recently completed the Certificate in Channel Management course. This was a very comprehensive course covering the many aspects of Channel Management. The course would be beneficial to those new to channel management, and those like me who have channel experience. In addition to the main material the Channel Institute provided valuable supplemental material. Mike Kelly did a great job presenting the material in a clear and concise manner. Also, Stephen Blake was very helpful in answering my questions throughout the entire process. I enjoyed taking this course and I look forward to taking other courses offered by The Channel Institute.

The Channel Management course outline was seamlessly navigated and the content wonderfully straight forward. I found very helpful that it was segmented into topics as well, making referencing simplistic. I've been in Channels in some or fashion for many years and really enjoyed the framework provided that aligns with what I've seen during my career. Everything from deal registration to channel conflict and business planning is covered along with a comprehensive overview. Nice job Channel Institute.

Whether you are new to CHANNEL MANAGEMENT or not, this course provides a good outline of best practices for structuring your programs. The modules within the program cover topics such as partner recruitment, managing channel conflict, joint business plans, etc. A solid template to work from. I have now completed the CHANNEL MARKETING course as well. This is another good foundation course for those doing Channel Marketing as their full time job. Topics include campain planning, buyer personas, buyer journey, benchmarking, etc.

I've worked as a Channel Partner Manager in a Tech industry for the past five years and like many others I had to find my own way and devise processes and procedures some which worked well and others not so much.
